For, lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is his thought, that maketh the morning darkness, and treadeth upon the high places of the earth, The LORD, The God of hosts, is his name.

What a great description of God! Throughout this chapter God kept trying to get Israel to know Him, so here we see more of who He is. This is the God they have been ignoring. You have a relationship with God - how do you perceive Him? Is the God described in this verse the same one you talk to? We need to know Him... and that's what He wants! Is the God you talk to the same one who forms mountains? Is the God you talk to the God who creates the wind? Etc. etc. See also 5:8.
