When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?

Was Jesus concerned about them, that they might be hungry? More than anything He began this conversation because of the spiritual starvation, not their physical.
We must remember that the mission of Jesus was not to restore our physical bodies but our spiritual bodies. Yet most of our prayer requests are for physicl healing. Is it too difficult to share of needs for spiritual healing? Should we break up prayer requests into physical and spiritual needs, so we can make sure we don't neglect the latter?
The masses that were following Jesus were practically all men (vs 10).
A need to feed the multitude of 5,000 men? Martha would be losing it now!
