After being defensive, Jesus now turns on the offensive.
Jesus just didn't return. He returned in the power of the Spirit (see verse 18). It was the Spirit that gave Him power.
Jesus begins His ministry in Galilee. He didn't go to the capital, but a poorer, smaller region.
