We are to remember ("utter the memory of") the works of God in our lives (vs 7). We are not merely to speak of them to the next generations (vs 4), but to anyone who will listen. We are to "declare" them ("declare" means to tally them up, to enumerate them, and to speak of each one), and to sing of them (vs 7).
