And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

1 Cor 11:3 says "....the head of Christ is God." Why is the Son subject to God? That "God may be all in all."
We need to set God in our life the same way, but what does that mean? It simply is that God is the purpose for everything, He is the foundation of all strength, He is the target of all desires, and He is to have control of everything in our life. Give it to Him.
