1 Corinthians 2:5 - Additional Comments

A successful relationship with God (and in the same way successful teaching) is not due to any wisdom of ours. It is only due to the power of God. We must recognize the true source. In fact, the eloquence, artistry, or persuasiveness is not what really matters, but God touching the heart. This says that prayer is more of a key ingredient to stir the hearts of the listeners than a well orchestrated sermon.
So, how should one prepare to teach a lesson? God is saying prayer is the most important preparation done by the teacher.
