1 Timothy 5:18

For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.

Translations

For the Scripture says, You shall not muzzle an ox when it is treading out the grain, and again, The laborer is worthy of his hire.

See vs 17. Also, we are to give elders freedom to do their work. Don't get in their way when they are doing something productive for the Lord.
