2 Corinthians 5:17 - Additional Comments
All things are new once a person becomes a Christian. Everything in that person's life will never be the same again. There is a new world view, and new perspective of everything. Unfortunately, even though everything has changed, sin remains. Before, sin was present, but not hated. Now, sin is still present, but hated. And, God works with the Christian to reveal and reduce sin, so there is a life transformation. This transformation is gradual and lifelong.
Romans 7:15 "For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I will to do, that I do not practice; but what I hate, that I do."
