Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit.

God is preparing us for this new home and the new clothes. And, we have a guarantee better than a confirmation number - the Spirit.
Note that God is preparing us for heaven whle we are yet on the earth. This is happening now to us, and it is God's divine power working this.
