Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was sore troubled for this thing; and he called his servants, and said unto them, Will ye not show me which of us is for the king of Israel?

The king of Syria had set a trap for the king of Israel, yet mysteriously the king of Israel avoided it. So, the king of Syria naturally thought someone had betrayed him.
It is interesting how a servant of the king of Syria not only knew about Elisha, but knew that it was Elisha who had warned the king of Israel (vs 12). Word spread fast, even between countries effectively at war with each other.
