Acts 13:14 - Additional Comments

The traveled from the port city of Perga on an inland road leading to Antioch in Pisidia, one of the 16 Antiochs (see 13:1). It was on an important trading route between Ephesus and Cilicia. It had women in prominent positions, for they were some of those who forced Paul and party to leave the city (verse 50).
