But after two years Porcius Festus came into Felix' room: and Felix, willing to shew the Jews a pleasure, left Paul bound.

Porcius Festus was procurator of Judea from about AD 58 to 62. This meant Paul had been transferred to Caesarea around 56 AD, and had met with Antonius Felix from around 56-58 AD.
