This truth was repulsive to so many Jews, that the Gentiles could be fellow heirs with them, equivalent to them in the sight of God. Many hated this notion. Yet, we should never hesitate to hold fast and convey truths just because we as humans might find them disagreeable. Truth is truth, regardless of our feeling about them. We can't not want there to be a hell, or to let others know about hell, because we don't like the concept of hell, that so many people will wind up there for eternity. May we accept and embrace God's truths regardless of whether we like them.
And, may we remember that ultimately God's truths are perfect and pure and the best. Our wisdom cannot comprehend the depths of God's wisdom.
