There should be nothing in our life that cannot be exposed. Do you have anything that you fear others will find out about? These things are "the unfruitful works of darkness" (vs 11), and are full of shame (vs 12).
How do you change? Christopher Reeve once said that it takes either courage or disaster to change, and he advises his children to choose courage.
