Exodus 35:23 - Additional Comments

Where did all this come from? Less than a year ago they were in slavery in Egypt. Probably most of this came from the Egyptians during the Exodus. Apparently they received a huge amount of these items from the Egyptians.
Exo 12:35 Now the children of Israel had done according to the word of Moses, and they had asked from the Egyptians articles of silver, articles of gold, and clothing.
Exo 12:36 And the LORD had given the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they granted them what they requested. Thus they plundered the Egyptians.
And the Hebrews were willing to give back what they had received, instead of holding onto it tightly.
1 Cor 4:7 For who makes you differ from another? And what do you have that you did not receive? Now if you did indeed receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?
