Genesis 14:20

Here, without the law, we find Abram tithing to God. It is naturally the way we honor him, not out of requirement, but to lift him up and show our devotion to Him. I wonder who he physically gave the tithe to? They did not even have a priest, nor a nation nor even a body of believers - it was just Abram and his family.
