Where did Cain's wife come from? The same place for "anyone" in verse 14 and "whoever" in verse 15. People lived to between 500 and 1000 years old. Adam lived 930 years. God told Adam to be fruitful and multiply (1:28). Adam and Eve had many sons and daughters (5:4). These were descendents of Adam, and were related in some way to Cain. These were not other people God created, for all of mankind inherits sin from Adam (Rom 5:12, 17, 1 Cor 15:21-22), and Eve is the mother of all people (Gen 3:20).
