Genesis 45:6

The numbers represent the time relative to Joseph's birth.
-34 - Jacob meets Laban, Rachel, and Leah (Jacob is 57) (Gen 29:9-14)
-27 - Jacob marries Rachel and Leah. During the next 27 years, Jacob's first 11 sons (including Joseph) and one daughter (Dinah) are born.
-20 - Jacob becomes Laban's neighbor, no longer in service to Laban (speculated - http://www.godrules.net/library/clarke/clarkegen31.htm)
0 - Joseph is born, Jacob is 91. Jacob starts 6 years of service to Laban (Gen 30:24-25)
