Jeremiah 2:5

Thus saith the LORD, What iniquity have your fathers found in me, that they are gone far from me, and have walked after vanity, and are become vain?

God marvels that they had a perfect situation, and ruined it. God had no injustice that would have caused them to leave. Nor (vs 6) did He abandon them after doing great things for them.
