Jeremiah 30:15

Why criest thou for thine affliction? thy sorrow is incurable for the multitude of thine iniquity: because thy sins were increased, I have done these things unto thee.

What a state Judah was now in. Their problems were incurable (vs 12), but now we see that there was nothing that could life them out if their misery. So, their life would be tough, but on top of that, they would be miserable in life - there was no hope for joy or comfort. Why? Because of their sins (and unrepentance).
