Lamentations 3:22 - Additional Comments
God has extremem care for us. He has given us great honor (Psa 8:3-5), and loves every one of us (John 3:16).
"Mercies" is God's favor, lovingkindness, good deeds, mercy. One who has mercy is one who cares for another without expectation of reward. This is why we call nurses "angels of mercy". Organizations have the word Mercy in their title when the organization is dedicated to aiding others. This is who our God is dedicated to helping us.
God's mercies, His lovingkindness, has no bounds, no end. We can never stretch God to His limit, since He has none. They are always present, and never fail - we can be rest on them with confidence. As the manna appeared each day, to show the nation of Israel they need to daily depend on God, His mercies are new every morning (vs 23). God is completely faithful, completely trustworthy, that we can hope, that we can count on His promises, that His mercies will be always present for us (Isaiah 54:10).
