Luke 4:9

And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence:

Again, Satan says "If you are the Son of God," trying to appeal to His human pride. If Jesus had done what Satan asked, it would have forced God to rescue His Son, and in effect, Satan would have forced God to do not what He wanted. I suspect God would have chosen not to rescue Jesus, because we are not to tempt God.
