Luke 9:24 - Additional Comments

We are told to "go for the gusto", to grab all of life we can get. It's interesting that those who most desperately are searching for life are doing the very things that take life away! The ultimate way to get all of life is to give away yourself as much as possible.
I've heard it said that those who go to the limit in the extreme sports are those who have the least internal peace in their lives -- they keep pushing to get something that is unattainable until they give up their life.
