But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

How can you tell if a believer has deep roots? What does it look like?
What is the fruit? How is the fruit produced?
Note that there are varying amounts of fruit produced. One should not feel less valuable to the kingdom if they don't show as much fruit. Each person has different gifts.
