Both the works themselves and His people praise and bless Him. His works are so amazing that they, by themselves, praise God. When we look at His wondrous creations, we should see in them the praise to Him, the glory of His kingdom (vs 11), and His great power (vs 11). Why do His works declare and praise Him? To make His works known to us (vs 12). He is all about us, so we can be all about Him.
