Luke 15:10

Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.

See Luke 2:13-14. The angels rejoiced at Jesus' birth, knowing the mercy that would come from it, so the lost will be found. Here we see that happening. The rejoiced in anticipation of mercy, and here they rejoice seeing the mercy.
