In the same way we should always encourage others, when we see their heart yearning to do something for God with their gifts, to do so. In fact, we should be looking for ways God could use the gifts in others. But, at the same time, we need to keep in mind that God may have other plans. We should trust, as they start to plan and move in that direction, that God will direct them to the path in which He wants them to go.
