1 Corinthians 13:6 - Additional Comments

This is how we should respond to God's word, God's truth - with rejoicing! It's is God's love that can give us that joy in the truth, in His word.
Love does not delight in evil.
* Don't mock. Don't delight in other's pain.
* When someone in your family messes up don't say "I told you so".
* Sometimes the pain/consequence of their decision is enough punishment
* The word discipline comes from "disciple" which means to learn.
Love rejoices with the truth
* Praise your spouse for their accomplishments and what they are good at.
* Look for opportunities when they do right (kids or spouse) and make a big deal about it.
* Tell your kids how proud you are of them and the decisions they've been making.
