Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

How will the saints judge the world?
Luke 22:28 "And you are those who have stood by Me in My trials;
Luke 22:29 and just as My Father has granted Me a kingdom, I grant you
Luke 22:30 that you may eat and drink at My table in My kingdom, and you will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
This appears something that will be set up in the next kingdom, but it is hard to tell what this means and how it will work. As part of that, we will also judge the angels (vs 3).
But I think the judgments we manage in the second earth will work very different than judgments we would execute here.
