1 John 3:15 - Additional Comments

Hating others is equal to hating their life and welfare, which would tend toward desiring to see it end -- murder. This is why God equates them. And, murderers cannot have eternal life in them.
The ultimate hate is taking someone's life. The ultimate love is giving your own life for someone else.
