2 Corinthians 12:10

Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

(verses 12:9-10) Don't be discouraged when tough times come. It is at the moment that God has His greatest opportunity to shine. When we are weak, His strength is so much more obvious.
Here it is as if Paul was welcoming troubles (taking pleasure in them), because it gave more opportunity for Christ to shine.
