2 Corinthians 7:2 - Additional Comments

Ephesians 3:17 is part of prayer asking "that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith".
Rev 3:20 says that we are to open are hearts to Christ, and He will come in.
The booklet "My Heart Christ's Home" compares your heart to a home. You have asked Jesus to come live in your home. You have offered for Him to be welcome in the kitchen, garage, family room, etc. But yet, is there a closet in which He is not welcome? Is there any room in your house that you have not welcomed Him, or where He does not feel comfortable?
Heb 4:13 says "all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account."
Whether you try to hide it or not, He is completely familiar with it.
We have opened our hearts to Christ. in verse 7:3 Paul says he has opened his heart to them, to the extent that he was willing to live or die with them. In the same way we are to open our hearts to each other. What rooms in your house are unopened to visitors? Should they be open?
Wow, what statements Paul makes here. May this be our goal, so we too can say this. Who have you wronged? What was your justification for doing so? What do you expect is God's point-of-view on it?
