For I mean not that other men be eased, and ye burdened:

Is it frustrating when you feel like you have done the work, and others have slacked off? Think about it - that means your goal is to work less than or equal to others around you. What should our goal be? We should show others how to work, to be an example for them.
1 Tim 4:12 "Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity."
