2 Corinthians 9:9

This quote comes from Psalm 112:9, which also adds we will be exalted with honor. Wow, look how heaven views cheerful bountiful giving!
Note that there is no condition on the receiver, except that they are in need. And, the receiver does not have to make the need known. We are to trust that God will show us where the needs are, whether spoken or unspoken.
George Mueller trusted God for years for the fund for his orphan homes, yet never asked for funds. He trusted that God would lay the need on the hearts of people, and that they would respond to His requests. Has God, in a similar way, laid needs on your heart? Did you respond?
