2 Peter 1:6 - Additional Comments
Self-control - Do you have self-control? Do you watch shows you shouldn't? How well do you control your eating? Do you control your spending so you aren't too deep in credit? Do you control your time so you get done what you should? Do you control your temper, your anger?
Perseverence, godliness - never give up; always work hard to be what God wants. What should you be doing that you aren't? What shouldn't you be doing that you are? Godliness comes from God's divine power, which comes from the knowledge of Him (verse 1:3).
