This is what God looks for in a ruler, in a leader - this person must rule with justice, ruling in the fear of God. This certainly does not seem to be what we see in leaders today, but it must totally define any leadership role we may be found in. We must lead with total equity, total fairness, yet with total justice. Justice takes courage, boldness. And the underlying foundations in our leadership must be our fear, respect of God, in view of His justice.
