NASB - "For in Him all the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form"
The word is Deity or Godhead of Divinity - this is not only present in Jesus, but all of it, the fullness of it, dwells in Jesus. There is no part of God that does not dwell in Jesus. Therefore, when we look at Jesus, we truly are getting a glimpse of God. It's only a glimpse, because there still was so much in Jesus that we didn't get a clear view of. Still, everything that Jesus was and did was not just the same as if God was doing it, but it was God (plural) Himself doing it.
Col 2:3 in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
God has perfect wisdom and complete knowledge, and Jesus fully has the same. This means every word from Jesus is based upon complete knowledge and perfect wisdom, so it not only can be trusted, but should be used to set the foundation of eveything we believe and do.
