Daniel 1:9

Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs.

Translations

Now God made Daniel to find favor, compassion, {and} loving-kindness with the chief of the eunuchs.

Now God made Daniel to find kindness and compassion in the sight of the prince of the eunuchs.

And God put into the heart of the captain of the unsexed servants kind feelings and pity for Daniel.

And God granted Daniel favour and mercy before the prince of the eunuchs.

And God gave Daniel favor and compassion in the sight of the chief of the eunuchs,

Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs.

Dios concediò a Daniel hallar favor y gracia ante el jefe de los oficiales,

Now God granted Daniel favor and compassion in the sight of the commander of the officials,

Dios concediò a Daniel hallar favor (misericordia) y gracia ante el jefe de oficiales,

Now God made Daniel to find kindness and compassion in the sight of the prince of the eunuchs.

And God giveth Daniel for kindness and for mercies before the chief of the eunuchs;

This favor was similar to the favor Joseph received with his captors by the hand of God (Gen 39:2-4).
