Ephesians 4:26 - Additional Comments

There is a righteous anger which is not sin (Mark 3:5), but "the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God" (James 1:20).
Never go to bed angry with anyone in your family (or others, if possible) - resolve it before you go to bed. Otherwise, it gives an inroad, an open door, to the devil (vs 27). There is a serious danger in prolonged anger. Bitterness only destroys the one who holds it, not the one who causes it.
Anger affects everyone around you, and destroys any eternal work you are involved in.
