All Christians are in the same body of believers. We have so many different Christians denominations and sects now, but in reality it is a single body of saints (see 3:18). One day none of these differences will exist, as we will then be a perfected body.
What is the one hope? There is one way to heaven - faith through Jesus Christ (see notes on vs 5).
