There is one Lord - Acts 4:12 - there is salvation in no other.
One faith - not a creed, but one way of salvation (Rom 10:9-10). Christianity is unique in that it points to the one true God, understanding that there are no other faiths that bring a person into a relationship with God. There is no unity of the faiths - there is one faith to bring us to the one true God. Jesus is the only door (John 10:9). There's no harmony between Christ and the religions of the world.
One baptism - a washing symbolizing what takes place in a person spiritually (the baptism of the Holy Spirit and fire - Matt 3:11). Don't rest in the sign but in what it signifies.
