Genesis 16:14

Wherefore the well was called Beerlahairoi; behold, it is between Kadesh and Bered.

Therefore the well was called Beer-lahai-roi [A well to the Living One Who sees me]; it is between Kadesh and Bered.

That’s how that desert spring got named "God-Alive-Sees-Me Spring." That spring is still there, between Kadesh and Bered.

Therefore the well was called (I.e. the well of the living one who sees me) Beer-lahai-roi; behold, it is between Kadesh and Bered.
