And the ill favored and leanfleshed kine did eat up the seven well favored and fat kine. So Pharaoh awoke.

And the ill-favored, gaunt, {and} ugly cows ate up the seven well-favored and fat cows. Then Pharaoh awoke.

And the ill-favored and lean-fleshed kine did eat up the seven well-favored and fat kine. So Pharaoh awoke.

And the seven thin cows made a meal of the seven fat cows. Then Pharaoh came out of his sleep.

And the kine that were bad-looking and lean-fleshed ate up the seven kine that were fine-looking and fat. And Pharaoh awoke.

And the ugly, thin cows ate up the seven attractive, plump cows. And Pharaoh awoke.
