Genesis 46:4

I will go down with thee into Egypt; and I will also surely bring thee up again: and Joseph shall put his hand upon thine eyes.

After God revealed His will for Jacob (vs 3), He then made sure Jacob knew that God would be with Jacob all the way.
Joseph would be there as Israel's death.
