Hosea 14:3 - Additional Comments

In our return to God, we are to acknowledge how much greater God is than anything else, and how nothing else can satisfy. The government (Assyria) is not our savior. Our belongings (our horses) cannot help us. We cannot be saved by our own strength (our hands). God is the only one that can forgive us, that can show us mercy to resolve the required penalty for our sins.
