Isaiah 7:8

For the head of Syria is Damascus, and the head of Damascus is Rezin; and within threescore and five years shall Ephraim be broken, that it be not a people.

Isaiah 7:8 - Additional Comments

Damascus is still the capital of Syria today. Rezin was its king.
Pekah reigned in Israel for 20 years, and then Hoshea for 9 years, then the Israel fell to Assyria (around 722 BC). Ephraim was symbolic of the nation of Israel, and so within 65 years they were no longer a nation.
