These Israelites talk the talk, They sound good, godly, when at the temple, when with the other Israelites. But they are lying.
How many in our church sound good when in church? They know how to talk the Christian talk. But their heart is far from the church, far from God. In effect, the life they show at church is a lie.
The curious thing about that is you can deceive every other person, but the One that matters most you cannot deceive. Somehow you think it is working, but it is not.
