I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

How do we begin to bear fruit, so God can develop more fruit in us? We must abide in Him, for we can only bear fruit by His strength. Our work for Him grows when we rely on His strength and skill, instead of our own -- this is where true and sustained growth comes from. Humbly seek Him, admitting that the only real success is in Him.
