So Jesus came again into Cana of Galilee, where he made the water wine. And there was a certain nobleman, whose son was sick at Capernaum.

Cana (see John 2:1-11) is just north of Nazareth. Capernaum is about 15 miles from Cana, to the northeast. Might Jesus have gone back to Cana to see the effects of His first miracle?
