No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

This is very significant. We are completely incapable of coming to Jesus unless He draws us. Who does He draw? Verse 45 says everyone who has both heard from the Father, and responds, comes to Jesus. It requires the call, the hearing from the Father.
